Epic Hotel in Nyagatare stands as one of Rwanda’s most contemporary hospitality facilities, combining comfort with smart design. IBMS Africa was commissioned to deliver fully integrated communication, safety, and entertainment systems that would align with the hotel’s modern operational needs and deliver an enhanced guest experience.
The project included the design and installation of structured network cabling, high-speed Wi-Fi, and internal communication channels to ensure efficient digital connectivity across the property. In addition, IBMS implemented a CCTV surveillance network and a background music system to create a secure yet welcoming environment.
All systems were connected to a centralized control interface, allowing the hotel’s management team to monitor and maintain performance with ease.
The new integrated systems have transformed Epic Hotel into a more connected, secure, and guest-friendly space. Guests now enjoy seamless connectivity and consistent comfort, while staff benefit from streamlined communication and efficient facility oversight. These upgrades have improved operational reliability and positioned Epic Hotel as a model of smart hospitality in Rwanda.
